   1. PRINCIPAL COMMERCIAL MANAGER (2 POST)
   
   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
   
   o Assist the assistant chief commercial managers in training marketing strategies and plan
   
   o To undertake special transport marketing research
   
   o To review marketing policies, rules and regulations
   
   o To maintain business statistic
   
   o To do pricing and promotions
   
   QUALIFICATIONS
   
   · Must be a holder of University degree in business Administrations, commerce marketing or its equivalent from a credible Higher learning institutions recognized by TCU OR NACTE
   
   · Must have an experience of at least 6 years in the relevant field in reputable organizations
   
   · Masters degree shall be added advantage
   
   · Computer literacy
   
   
   2. PLANNING MANAGER
   
   DUTIES AN RESPONSIBILITIES
   
   § To carry out data collection and analysis
   
   § To carry out work organizations and method studies
   
   § To implement changes in the company
   
   QUALIFICATIONS
   
   § Must be a degree holder in Economics finance and engineering or equivalent from any institutions or higher learning institute recognized by TCU OR NACTE
   
   § Must have a working experience in the field for more than 3 years
   
   § Computer literacy
   
   3. SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITORS
   
   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
   
   - To plan organize and carry out audits functions
   
   - To review and update audits programs questionnaire flow charts
   
   - To audit and review annual accounting and annual reports before submission to external auditors
   
   - To review internal audit report
   
   QUALIFICATIONS
   
   o Must a bachelor degree holder in commerce, business administrations, accounting, accountancy or advanced diploma in accountancy
   
   o Must be a holder of CPA or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institutions NBAAA
   
   o Must have a satisfactory working experience of not less than 3 years an auditors from a reputable organizations
   
   o Must have been registered by NBAA
   
   o Computer literacy is mandatory
   
   
   
   4. SENIOR LEGAL OFFICER
   
   DUTIES AND REPOSIBILITIES
   
   o To represent the company in more complex legal
   
   o To prepare legal brief to the company instructed lawyers/law firms and provide advice to TRL
   
   o To represent the company in case before the labor institutions with the manpower development department and advice on labor laws generally
   
   o To prepare draft amendments of the instructions establishment the TRL and regulations rules made there under
   
   QUALIFICATIONS
   
   o Must be a holder of university degree in law from any recognized institutions recognized by TCU
   
   o Must be registered advocate of the Higher Court
   
   o Must have a working experience in the field law as an advocate more than 5 years in reputable organizations
   
   o Masters degree shall be an added advantage
   
   5. ASSISTANT STATIONS MASTER (28 POST)
   
   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
   
   o To sign receive and dispatch trains
   
   o To assist the stations master in ensuring the train and traffic working at the stations are done expeditious according to the rule ans regulations
   
   QUALIFICATIONS
   
   o Must have a holder of form six certificates with at least 2 propel passes
   
   o Must have a division II certificates in stations master course or NTA level in Railways
   
   6. CARRIEGE AND WAGON EXAMINER CXR (28 POST)
   
   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
   
   o To undertake maintenance of rolling stock and locomotive
   
   o Maintenance of workshop machinery and plants
   
   o Service electrical installations
   
   o Service of refrigeration’s equipments gas cooker and air conditions
   
   o Service of mechanical handling equipments ans ancillary plants
   
   QUALIFICATIONS
   
   o must have a holder of full technician certificate ordinary diploma or NTA level 6 in mechanical electronically engineering from NACTE recognized technician institutions
   
   o must have attend a 2 years training in Tanzania Institute of Rail Technology
   
   AGE MILIT
   
   not more than 35 years
